Why Should You Buy A House and Lot?

Why do I want to buy my own house? The house that I currently live in would probably go to me when the time comes. Why bother?

I am sure a lot of people would agree with me on this. Couples starting a new family, men preparing for their future families, singles who have lots of money.

It's simple, buying my own house would be a huge achievement. It means I can invest wisely, that I am not a careless spender, and that I have goals. It does not stop there of course but it will be the beginning.

Additionally, I want to retire to some place where there is less people and more trees; vast landscape and great views; fine weathers and friendly climate. My current city is wonderful but it is still different if you can enjoy peace when you are no longer into parties and booze.

Just in case I would have children, I want them to grow up in a peaceful community.  So it's for my future! I am not sure if I would be single forever or have a family of my own but it's nice to have a quiet place to retire to when I am old. If my real estate thing succeeds, I would definitely buy my own. Not in Manila though, but somewhere else. I will create my own paradise in one of the provinces in the Philippines or in another country.

I just hope it would be soon. Maybe before the year ends. Property values quickly escalates. I don't want to spend millions for a house and lot that used to cost only Php 800,000.00. Times like these make me feel bad that I was not born rich or beautiful or smart enough or an attention whore. Aherm... that does not make me less awesome though. :D

If I were you, you should consider saving up for your own house and lot. Whether you are a man or a woman, it doesn't matter. Prepare for the future and invest wisely. You don't want to be 35 and talking like me.
